All 120 exterior doors were painted in acrylic and latex paints that were failing. Each door was abrasive blasted to bare metal, primed and a two component aliphatic coating applied. The doors were cured for several days before being taken on site for installation.
The custom gantry crane assembly line we came up with for doing 7 doors at a time. Proper HVLP application including air dryer to prevent moisture contamination and heat curing to maximize durability

Finished kitchen renovation. This renovation included removal of wall and floor tiles. Lots of drywall repair to get to paint ready and grain filling oak cabinets before spraying instead of replacement.

This is the actual original kitchen with original stove and dishwasher. Fridge was received shortly before the start of the work. We also had the breakers updated as part of the renovation.
